Welcome to Book Therapy.

Book Therapy gives us back our personal time and thinking space. It welcomes us into a world where we can go on adventures, escape the harshness, overload and monotony of our daily lives and find a fresh perspective. When we enter a new world, we can think again; the ideas have space to breathe and our strength returns. We find comfort and companionship in familiar stories, excitement and inspiration in unfamiliar ones. And we drink delicious tea, of course.
